Job Details

Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury / Maritime Attorney. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in the areas of personal injury and maritime law. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of representing plaintiffs and a deep understanding of maritime law. Responsibilities :

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury and maritime cases, providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough case research, develop case strategies, and present arguments in court.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage cases and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal practices, and apply this knowledge to cases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
• Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and seminars, to attract new clients and enhance the firm's reputation in the legal community.
