Lead Group Product Manager, Cloud Intelligent Support
At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down problems into steps that drive product development at scale.
This role sits at the heart of that mission, leading the charge to redefine customer support through the power of AI. You will be at the forefront of engineering a support ecosystem that is automated, intelligent, and proactive. This is a highly ambiguous, changing environment where your ability to drive internal alignment and execute on bold, multi-year goals will be critical to unifying operational efficiency with a human touch, enabling the success of our customers and turning every interaction into a signal for product improvement.
We are building an intelligent platform grounded in AI-human collaboration to eliminate the trade-off between operational efficiency and a human touch. By creating a unified, real-time environment where customers, AI, and human experts solve problems together, we will forge a learning ecosystem that not only resolves issues but turns every interaction into a signal for product improvement. As we lead this transformation using Google's AI, we will provide the blueprint for our customers to achieve the same.
