Product Owner

A company is looking for a Product Owner responsible for defining and delivering key product features.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver product features while collaborating with product leads and scrum teams

Write user stories, manage agile development processes, and ensure team alignment on goals

Demo new features and create internal and customer-facing documentation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with products, particularly in Payroll and / or Billing Software

Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional teams

Technical background, potentially from a developer or QA role

Experience with Bullhorn products is mandatory

Bonus points for experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, CRM systems, or the staffing and recruiting industry
