Regional Discipline Leader

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Discipline Leader to drive innovation, growth, and excellence within our Environmental Services discipline for team members located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technical expertise, and team development. This is more than just a management position, it's a chance to influence the direction of our Environmental Services discipline and make a lasting impact on our communities, our clients, and the environment. This position can be located in any of our following New Jersey offices : Holmdel, Clinton, Egg Harbor, Hamilton, Mays Landing, Mt. Arlington, Mt. Laurel, or Woodcliff Lake. A hybrid work arrangement is an option.
In this role, you'll oversee the professional, technical, managerial, marketing, administrative, and financial performance of the Environmental Services discipline across your region. You'll provide strategic direction, champion business development, and ensure operational excellence while leading and mentoring Geographic Discipline Leaders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field. 20+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in the industry. Professional licensure in area of expertise (LSRP, PE, PG)

Additionally, the successful candidate should possess the following certifications, skills, abilities, and competencies :
Compensation : $150,000 - $190,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
