Job descriptionAccept shifts that are assigned to you on our app specialized for caregivers Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver) Transport yourself to assigned shifts by car, bus, lyft, etc. Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app Clock in and clock out using our app for every shift on time Keep your credentials up to date and send them over email or text to keep your profile up to date Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers who work with the same client to ensure the client is being cared for Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required CPR and PCA certification 2 step TB Test or Chest X-ray Physical Social Security Card Fingerprint Clearance / Background Check Valid driver’s license Car Insurance & 3 year Driving History (if you are driver) Compassionate and patient attitude Health Insurance Paid Time Off Referral Program Overtime Pay for Shifts Over 8 Hours Bonus Pay for Shorter Shifts (4 to 5 hours) Flexible Scheduling Mileage Reimbursement when driving a client in your vehicle $15 per hour Supportive work environment

Essential Care is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in need. We believe in treating our clients like family and ensuring they receive the best possible support to live comfortably and independently.
Job Summary :
We are currently seeking a Caregiver to service clients in and around Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder area. The hours will vary depending on your availability and client needs. All shifts are 4-12 hours long. We do not have 2 hour shifts. Shifts are not guaranteed. This is not a full-time position. The hours will vary. You must be able to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health
- Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver)
