Location : Topaz / Garnet and Ruby (Hollywood Hills, Koreatown, South LA, Inglewood, Beverly Hills and Bel Air) (within 60-mile radius)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025

End Date : 01 / 26 / 2026

Pay Rate : $44 / hr + IRS Mileage Rate

Requirements :

Home Health experience Required

OASIS experience Required

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation experience preferred

Client may consider candidates without HCHB if willing to complete online HCHB course prior to start date.
