Inside Sales & Estimator – Specialty Woodworking & Retail

We are a growing specialty woodworking and lumber company serving both retail and commercial customers. Our store offers a wide range of hardwoods, softwoods, live edge slabs, cabinet-grade plywood, and custom milling services. We also produce residential and commercial architectural millwork and custom woodworking projects.

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales & Estimator to join our team, assisting customers, generating accurate estimates, and supporting projects from design to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inside sales activities from inquiry to order completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Consult with customers to guide project decisions and promote company products / services.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and new business.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and professional quotes.
• Ensure timely entry of estimates, quotes, and orders in the system.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages and coordinate materials and production.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
