Key Responsibilities

• Top edit and write content across news, politics, and celebrity verticals for ELLE.com
• Develop and lead strategy for ELLE's news & politics coverage, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and drives audience growth
• Manage and mentor a talented team of digital editors, helping them develop their editorial voice and meet performance goals
• Oversee the execution of major editorial franchises with a 360-degree content approach
• Collaborate cross-functionally with advertising, audience development, and commerce teams to support shared editorial and business objectives
• Ensure all content meets high editorial standards, adheres to SEO best practices, and reflects the ELLE brand
• Maintain and grow a strong network of writers, reporters, and contributors

Benefits

The base salary for this role is between $83,000 - $104,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
