Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to drive daily content strategy across websites and social platforms.
• Supervise a team of editors in crafting attention-grabbing headlines and selecting homepage story placements.
• Use a combination of real-time analytics and editorial insight to guide content prioritization.
• Operate within various CMS and social media management tools.
• Manage testing of headlines and imagery to optimize user engagement.
