You will work closely with General Agents and their staff to ensure key performance targets are met while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. The position combines leadership, coaching, and strategic oversight, with regular field visits to evaluate performance and implement operational improvements. Accountabilities :

Oversee and manage activities across assigned field agencies to achieve core business metrics, including production, manpower, applications, and IARs.

Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and administrative staff.

Conduct regular in-person visits to assess agency performance, provide operational support, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with regional leadership to implement field development strategies and resolve operational challenges.

Support operational improvements and contribute to process optimization initiatives across the region.
