ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON Job Responsibilities

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks, and
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
• Small repair jobs and roof maintenance Job Qualifications :
• Working knowledge of commercial / industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.
• Bit. & metal roof repairs
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Service Helper experience preferred, but not required.
