We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional service across all channels, including social media.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of customer service representatives
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement
- Analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Industry experience in the eCommerce sector
- Understanding of social media platforms and tools
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media initiatives
- Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
