Overview
This is a junior-level role within the Payments Marketing team. The analyst will not be creating marketing content but will instead focus on reviewing and editing materials for compliance, accuracy, and brand alignment. The role requires interpreting regulatory policies and internal guidelines, ensuring that all marketing content meets compliance standards and avoids misleading claims. They do not have to have years or regulatory or compliance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit marketing content (both internal and external) for compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements including UDAP, Reg Z, and Reg K.
- Interpret policies and apply them to marketing content.
- Identify and flag any misleading or false advertising.
- Provide review feedback from brand, editorial, and business perspectives.
- Manage multiple content reviews at the same time with strong attention to detail.
- Report findings and coordinate with the manager and a team of five.
- Support project coordination and management in a regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
Must-Have
1–3 years of experience; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.Marketing background with exposure to regulatory policies (UDAP, Reg Z, Reg K).Strong focus on reviewing content (not writing or creating).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail with an editorial, brand, and compliance mindset.Ability to understand financial products and how they are represented in marketing.Skilled at interpreting policies and applying them to real-world content.Nice-to-Have
