Supervisor, Financial Services Operations

As the Financial Services Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of associate level transfer agency representatives responsible for delivery service excellence to our clients and their shareholders. Within the Transfer Agency, we provide back-office financial services to Mutual Fund Clients and their investors. These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker / dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more.

  • Direct the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring our representatives achieve optimal performance levels supported by efficient and compliant operations.
  • Encourage, support, and mentor our employees using creative solutions to promote a positive work environment and high retention and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide frequent feedback and one on one interactions that help build talent and strengthen skills
  • Mentor and lead team members to achieve personal career and development goals within the position
  • Monitor team goals and key performance measures and drive necessary adjustments to achieve target results
  • Partner with associates, clients and colleagues to deliver a true center of excellence

What You Will Bring :

  • High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for people leadership
  • Experience in financial services operations
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Teams)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Required Minimum Work-space and Internet Specifications :
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimal service interruptions.
  • Minimum download speed of 70-100MBPS and upload speed of 20MBPS.
  • Dedicated, quiet home workspace that allows you to attend training and perform work without distractions, background noise, or interruptions.
