Technical Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their customers team on a full time and / or contract to hire basis! This position is onsite 4 days per week , no flexibility. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this on-site requirement.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management
• Experience working with cloud platforms and tools like Salesforce, Oracle, API gateways, order management systems, and fulfillment platforms.
• Proven success in delivering complex technical projects or programs on time and within scope.
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams, drive decision-making, and inspire collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, REST APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.
• Strong technical foundation in SaaS, cloud computing, and AI solutions.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Compensation :

$140K - 180K base salary per year. Bonus potential up to 15%
