A Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for the integration of technical solutions to improve business operations and maximize the efficiency and productivity of the team at Apkudo. They ensure that teams deliver projects on time and to an acceptable standard. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical projects and teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
The Senior Technical Program Manager role is crucial in driving business priorities, understanding customer needs, and making informed decisions to prioritize work effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills & Qualification
BA / BS in Business, Management, or a relevant field (MS or MBA a plus)
10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
3+ years of experience in the mobile / connected device, consumer electronics reverse logistics, and / or SaaS industries desired
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, scope requirements, and prioritize
Sound business judgment with the proven ability to influence others positively
Strong analytical thinking skills
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Responsibilities
Own and are responsible for delivering key initiatives to meet customer business requirements.
Responsible for the end-to-end deployment to meet customer business requirements.
Understanding and driving business priorities within the deployment.
Deep understanding of all customer needs and understanding how the solution fulfills those business needs, so that decisions can be made in prioritizing work.
Interfacing with other functional teams, such as product, account, sales, etc.
Planning the overall project plan, including milestones tied to financial payments, monitoring progress, and reporting weekly status.
Interfacing with the client Program Management peer or peer in a similar capacity / authority.
Driving Requirements Management with the account and product team.
Assisting in the creation of client LOEs, proposals, and plans.
Program management, including Global process and system improvement projects, New Product Introductions, and large-scale project support deployments.
Managing, coordinating, and ensuring collaboration on technology development within a team and across needed teams.
Removing tactical impediments and driving the resolution of issues.
Driving and participating in global program standups to ensure plan execution and delivery is on time with appropriate risk management.
Tracking and assessing project cost vs. budget and delivery targets.
Tracking and approving resources working on deployment.
Defining, tracking, and presenting KPIs for tracking operational and financial performance.
Compensation details : 125000-150000 Yearly Salary
