Medical Receptionist - Full-time - Village Pointe Clinic

Nebraska Medicine is now taking applications for a talented individual to join us as a Medical Receptionist at our Village Pointe Aesthetic Surgery Clinic in West Omaha, NE. This clinic supports Medspa which is a fully functioning independent retail space featuring Medspa services injections / Laser treatments, esthetician services, Colsculpting and MIradry, Microneedling etc.

We prefer Experienced Medical Receptionist

Shift Details :

• 40 hrs. / week Full-Time, Benefits Eligible
• Monday-Friday / Hours vary by day / Earliest 7 : 30 AM or Late by 6 : 00 PM
• One Saturday about every 6-7 weeks / Hours 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM
• Location : Village Pointe, West Omaha.

Medical Receptionist Description :

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming patients and others, (in person, at the check-in desk, or via the telephone). Responsible for answering incoming calls in a professional manner, and / or checking in / out patients per established protocols. Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and registering patients.
