Data Driven Professional who is passionate about matching top-talent performers with employers. We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to assist with various human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR practices and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks within the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, benefits administration, and managing HR databases.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview support & training, and facilitate job offers.
Skills and Abilities
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to speak and write in both languages fluently.Proficient at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.Must possess strong interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail in order to minimize any mistakes.Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees and members of management team.Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.What you will need
2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role, or equivalent education and experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel.Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.Must be able to maintain confidentiality atSeniority level
