Senior Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction activities, including budgeting, estimating, design coordination, and value engineering.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders during the preconstruction phase.
• Oversee and mentor a team of estimators and preconstruction staff to deliver accurate and competitive bids.
• Develop and manage project procurement strategies, early scheduling, and risk analysis.
• Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve preconstruction processes and technologies.
