Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the CommonSpirit Health at Homes Home Health team for the North Metro Denver Area. The PTA assists patients in the comfort of their own homes to regain their independence by improving their mobility strength and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT patients families and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.
