About the Role :

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Commerce City, CO . You’ll work one-on-one with patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized care.

Compensation & Scheduling :

• Competitive Pay : $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
• Part-Time Availability : 10–20 visits per week
• Flexible Schedule : Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals
