210K – 255K DOE | Full-Time Opportunity

Job Highlights :

Flexible shift options :

7 : 00 am – 3 : 00 pm

7 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

7 : 00 am – 7 : 00 pm

Call rotation 1 : 6 with post-call day off (optional but preferred)

Surgical cases : OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology (No hearts, trauma, or neuro)

EMR : Epic

New graduate CRNAs welcome!

H-1B visa candidates accepted (No J-1 waivers)

Locum candidates NOT accepted

Compensation & Benefits :

Based on licensure :

0–4 years : 210,080 – 232,419

5+ years : 230,880 – 255,424

Up to 110,000 in recruitment bonuses

25K starting bonus

50K after 6 months

25K at Year 2

10K quality incentive starting Year 3

Relocation assistance (reimbursement-based)

Paid malpractice with tail coverage

CME time + allowance

Generous PTO and retirement plan

✅ Requirements :

NBCRNA Certified by start date

NY State license (or willing to obtain)

Experience in CRNA care, excellent clinical judgment

Clean malpractice history preferred
