Overview
Bayview Asset Management, LLC (the “Company”) is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Director, Real Estate Investments. The ideal candidate would have a combination of passion for real estate and investing, be self‑motivated with a high attention to detail, and a drive to exceed goals. The Director of Real Estate Investments will play an integral role managing the underwriting, acquisition, repositioning and sale of single family real estate across Bayview’s proprietary sourcing channels. Directors will also be responsible for oversight and development of junior investment professionals with the opportunity to have a significant long‑term impact on a fast growing team. This can be a remote position anywhere in the country. The salary range for this role is $100k to $120k plus an annual bonus; however, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education / training, location and key skills.
All team members are expected to act as compelling representatives of the Company focused on delivering a superior counterparty service experience.
