Summary of Position :

Alcon is seeking a

Senior Manager, Vision Care Strategy

to join our Global Strategy and Operations team in Fort Worth, TX. You will support the Global Vision Care Franchise with key strategic projects, develop data-driven recommendations, and guide organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic projects, problem-solve with and counsel leaders, and provide guidance on problem structuring, action planning, and recommendation synthesis.
• Provide analytical insights into the annual planning process, considering competitor gap analysis, market predictions, financial plans, pipeline information, and product lifecycle positions.
• Partner with Global Product Directors to craft and refine product category strategies and communicate strategic roadmaps to ELT / Board of Directors, ensuring alignment on key issues and opportunities.
• Offer thought leadership by developing insights on business growth opportunities, sales execution, and performance in collaboration with the Global Franchise team.
• Support the development of the new product ideation funnel with GB&I PMO leads.
• Conduct opportunity assessments related to whitespace analysis.
• Develop and monitor key success metrics for the Franchise.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define business requirements, create dashboards, and surface relevant data.
