Dispatch Supervisor - Lead Operations and Drive Performance at Sea-Logix, LLC

Deliver Dispatch with Impact

You'll be accountable for driving operational performance, ensuring safety, and delivering customer satisfaction.

• Lead daily shift operations, ensuring timely startup and smooth execution of dispatch activities
• Supervise work at multiple yard locations, providing on-site oversight and guidance
• Manage labor, fuel, and fleet maintenance costs, minimizing route miles and improving efficiency
• Track KPIs to support performance management and operational decisions
• Prioritize loads, define routes, and set schedules that meet customer expectations and regulatory standards
• Resolve issues with drivers, carriers, and port operators to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Monitor container activity to reduce demurrage and storage fees
• Maintain technical knowledge of contracts, safety requirements, and operational schedules
• Partner with labor unions to address issues proactively and support positive relationships
• Supervise union employees with coaching, performance management, and documented disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure accurate reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation

Zone 2 : $80,000 - $90,000
