Job Overview :

We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales Manager to be a vital part of our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with both clients and the entire hotel team to create exceptional experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do :

• Flexibility & Commitment : Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, to meet the unique needs of our thriving business operations.
• Compliance & Daily Operations : Support the Sales department in ensuring smooth daily operations, ensuring compliance with all Shaner Hotels, franchise, and hotel / departmental policies and procedures.
• Customer Engagement : Develop an in-depth understanding of current customer needs, focusing on key segments like corporations, agencies, associations, tour operations, sports teams, and other large groups. You'll be at the forefront of delivering tailored hotel services!
• Business Development : Help identify and execute strategies to pursue new business and market segments, driving occupancy and growth for the hotel.
• Innovative Marketing : Design special packages, promotions, and targeted advertising campaigns (via print, billboards, direct mail, etc.) to boost occupancy during slower periods.
• Networking & Representation : Represent the hotel at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, civic gatherings, and more, strengthening local connections and building the hotel's brand presence.
• Collaborative Communication : Ensure seamless communication with the General Manager, Department Managers, and other team members to maintain high levels of collaboration and efficiency.
• Other Responsibilities : You'll handle other tasks as needed to help our Sales team achieve their goals and enhance the guest experience.
