Director of Product, Core Experience

We are looking for a Director of Product, Core Experience to lead a team that will own the user experience of our app across all platforms, as well as the distribution of Tubi to new platforms. Success will include transforming the content discovery experience on all app surfaces, evolving our information architecture, unlocking strategic partnerships with distribution partners, and ensuring our app and video playback meet high performance standards.

In this product leadership role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, sales, and marketing to translate complex challenges into actionable product strategies that will fuel Tubi’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and development of the PM discipline at Tubi
• Develop and execute the TV experience roadmap for growth-oriented feature development, in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing and analytics
• Ensure seamless integration and distribution of Tubi’s services with new and existing third party platform partners
• Develop extensible capabilities that enable Tubi to scale across multiple content types, including live TV and creator content
• Guide the player interface and playback quality metrics to ensure users have a seamless viewing experience
• Drive growth in viewer adoption and engagement using data-driven product experiments
• Understand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions to overcome them
• Be accountable for achieving company-level growth objectives
