As the Senior Director of Product Management for Promise, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Walmart's customer promisethe commitment to deliver the right product, at the right time, with reliability and transparency. You will lead the development of innovative products and platforms that enable Walmart to meet and exceed customer expectations across eCommerce, stores, and last-mile delivery.

In this role, you'll lead a team of product leaders and partner closely with engineering, design, supply chain, operations, and data science to build scalable solutions that optimize speed, accuracy, and convenience. Your leadership will shape Walmart's competitive edge in omnichannel retail, directly impacting customer trust and loyalty.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the end-to-end product strategy for Walmart's Promise platform, aligning to customer experience, supply chain capabilities, and business goals.
• Own the roadmap for delivery accuracy, fulfillment speed, and transparency across omnichannel customer journeys.
• Partner with senior executives across Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations to prioritize initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years' experience in product management. Option 2 : 15 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
