Job descriptionReliable means of transportation. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Self-motivated with good basic math and written communication skills. Safety-conscious and willing to take on responsibility. Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain good attendance. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to read, follow instructions, and accurately record information. Work experience in an industrial environment with knowledge of general plant safety. Exposure to mechanical noise, a dusty work environment, and varying temperatures. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Standing for extended periods and performing physical activities like walking, stooping, bending, crouching, twisting, climbing, and kneeling.

Machine Operator (Production Associate)
Location : Durham, NC
Shift : 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in assembling materials and operating equipment safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include :
- Assembling materials and operating equipment within specifications.
- Measuring, assembling, applying chemicals, and transporting materials with precision.
- Verifying that solutions, materials, and finished products meet specifications before use or release.
- Handling raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.
- Operating equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and specifications.
- Maintaining process specifications and inspecting products for quality.
- Accurately recording process data and information.
- Making informed decisions based on gathered data.
- Communicating issues regarding products, processes, and data to supervisors or managers promptly.
