Job Opportunity At Ascension Seton

Family Medicine / Internal Medicine position available at Cedar Park Medical Center. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Located at 600 N Bell Blvd Ste 100, Cedar Park, TX 78613.

Responsibilities include : working in a customer service capacity providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in a medical setting, greeting patients and visitors, checking patients in and out, obtaining necessary documentation, verifying and entering demographic information, obtaining and verifying insurance authorizations, completing medical record release requests, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, entering, reviewing, and submitting charges for patient procedures and services daily, collecting co-payments, and reconciling all daily reports and deposits for accuracy. Providing general office and clerical support to assigned area.

Requirements : high school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note : required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
