What you’ll do

Viasat’s Mission Connections & Cybersecurity Division seeks a Capture and Strategy Professional with a track record of identifying, qualifying, shaping, and winning work to support the U.S. Department of Defense, specifically the United States Air Force and United States Space Force. The selected candidate will :

• Analyze US Government programs, command missions, service requirements, industry trends and Viasat strategy to develop, present, and lead pursuits for long-term / large value (>

$50M) propositions for the DoD.

The ideal candidate will bring their domain expertise in the US Air Force and DoD with a focus on large acquisition opportunities. Will serve as the SME for understanding programs, budgets, and requirements in those areas, and will help lead the team through program influence, customer relationships, current and future requirements, and Defense Industrial Base relationships and partnering.

Salary range

$185,000.00 - $291,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $222,500.00‑ $333,500.00 / annually
