Domestic Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing post-sale project execution from customer onboarding through equipment installation, commissioning, and training. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams—including Sales, Engineering, Service, and Logistics—and the customer. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact, driving clear communication, adherence to timelines, and delivery of a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and lead introductory Post-Sale Meetings, ensuring participation from Sales, Engineering, Service, and Logistics teams.
- Establish clear points of contact for each phase of the post-sales process, including the transition from Project Manager to Service Manager at installation start.
- Provide clients with documentation outlining team contact information, responsibilities, and the overall post-sales process.
- Introduce and provide guidance on the ZoHo Customer Portal.
- Prepare and distribute preliminary project timelines and calendars to clients, coordinating with internal and global teams.
- Confirm machine orientation and layout details, document updates, and share revisions with all stakeholders.
- Review site readiness, electrical setups, and installation requirements with customers.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, and Service to verify all pre-installation needs and provide final electrical and custom machine layouts.
- Drives accountability across teams by ensuring timely completion of project tasks, aligning deliverables with customer-defined timelines, and proactively mitigating delays to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience managing technical or equipment installation projectsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelinesStrong communication and client-facing skillsProficiency in project management and CRM tools (ZoHo experience preferred)Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and documentation skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesTechnical understanding of manufacturing or industrial equipmentComfortable collaborating with global teams and customersDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfactionWork Environment / Schedule
Primarily office-based with some travel to client sites as needed (domestic and international)Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for client meetings across time zonesBenefits
Compensation Range
Starting at $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or shipping / receiving role preferred Familiarity with inventory software and shipping platforms (UPS / FedEx) is a plus Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and part numbers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with good communication skills Forklift experience a plus (training available) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
