Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join team with one of the regions leading Electrical Contractors. You will oversee and manage high-impact industrial & commercial electrical projects that shape the urban environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has handled all aspects of a ground up build, procured all necessary materials, handled complex change orders, and seen the entire build through completion. If that sounds like you, what are you waiting for? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all phases are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Project Manager to manage multiple large-scale commercial electrical projects simultaneously that are each with a value of $5+M.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and approve design plans, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage contract negotiations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
