A company is looking for a Team Leader to oversee a high-performing group responsible for completing a large volume of daily tasks with tight turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of a task-driven team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld
Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively based on urgency, team capacity, and impact
Monitor workflows and adjust strategies as needed to meet daily and weekly goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and team deliverables with a strong sense of urgency
Proficiency with task and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce, or similar CRMs)
Working knowledge of video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
Understanding of database management, email workflows, and cross-departmental collaboration
