Labor & Employment Attorney - Defense, to $190k (Am100 - CA Bar / REMOTE)

Job Title : Employment Litigation Associate (1-5 years of experience as an attorney required)

Location : California - Remote flexibility offered, but must be local to CA, with occasional in-office appearances in one of the law firm's offices : Irvine, Los Angeles, Ontario, Oxnard, San Francisco, Fresno, Sacramento, Carlsbad, San Diego, Walnut Creek.

Compensation : Base salary of $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus

Billing / hours : 1900

Key Responsibilities

• Manage single-plaintiff FEHA cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality written deliverables.
• Represent the law firm's clients primarily in state court, with some federal court involvement.
• Address occasional wage and hour issues related to FEHA cases.
• Communicate effectively with the law firm's clients and opposing counsel to resolve disputes.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
