Welcome retired LVN's and recent LVN college graduates! Great opportunity to work with a small case load (no more than #5 adults) with the opportunity to provide services and develop friendships as you continue in your career.
Monitors and oversees general health, medical issues and wellbeing of program participants. The LVN also delivers nursing care to consumers as appropriate within the scope of the program. Trains program associates on health issues that relate to the program participants.
Must be able to operate company van with wheelchair access.
Schedule : Full time and Part time available! 6 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm
Starting pay : Our LVN positions typically pay between $29.33 - $30.00 / Hour, depending upon the location, hours / shift, and level of candidate experience.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION : Under direct supervision, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Living Options monitors and oversees the general health, medical issues, personal care and well-being of residents living in the residential facility. Delivers nursing care to residents as appropriate within the scope of the program.
Essential Function
Education
Must possess a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse Certification / Degree.|Must have and maintain a valid CPR, CPI, and First Aid Certification.|DSP I and II certifications required upon hire –or- within one year of beginning employment, depending upon contractual requirements of the residential home.
