PayPal expanded its product offerings to include crypto services in 2020. This Business Risk And Control Lead (BRCL) role will be responsible for helping manage all risk-related programs for the Blockchain, Crypto, and Digital Currencies (BCDC) Business Unit. This is an exciting, fast-paced role that provides the ability to work in a growing industry, gain critical subject matter expertise, and have exposure to senior leadership.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and effectiveness of internal control processes.
• Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions to improve internal control systems.
• May act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues
• Conduct assessments of internal control effectiveness and compliance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal control practices.
