In this role, you will lead and manage the entire sales process for our digital products and high-ticket mentorship programs.This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.You will be responsible for conducting high-energy, persuasive webinars and sales presentations, mastering and optimizing our sales funnels for maximum conversion.A key part of your role will be building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing students, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to the sales team to improve performance.Furthermore, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and personal development to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.What You'll Bring :
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the digital products, online education, or coaching industry.You must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of generating at least $3,000,000 in annual sales.A deep understanding of sales psychology, funnels, webinars, and high-ticket closing is essential.Additionally, you must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for personal development and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, coupled with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, are crucial for success in this role.Why You'll Love Working here :
