We are seeking a results-driven Agronomy Region Manager to lead our agronomy department and support our commitment to providing top-tier service and solutions to our growers. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of agronomic strategy, team development, and customer relationships within a progressive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of agronomists and support staff
• Provide expert agronomic recommendations to customers on crop production, soil health, and pest management
• Oversee crop input planning, purchasing, and inventory control
• Develop and implement agronomy programs that align with company goals and grower needs
• Stay up to date on agronomic trends, technology, and compliance standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
