We are seeking Retention Loan Officers to join our newest division focused on retaining our portfolio of loans . Retention Loan Officers specialize in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty , and creating customers for li fe . This role has the opportunity for continued growth and advancem ent.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively communicate with existing Rosegate portfolio clients through various triggers and call campaigns . This will include both purchase and refinance opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for clients to modify their current financing to better suit their evolving needs.
• Document all client interactions, proposals, and transactions in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing Rosegate portfolio clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
