As the Event Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of event sales, including client consultations, venue selection, and logistical management.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection and catering arrangements.
- Assist in creating proposals and contracts for clients.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase sales.
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in event coordination or sales, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.Benefits
