WAGE : $22.00 per hour

SHIFT : 10-hour shifts : M-Th- 5 : 00AM-3 : 30PM + Overtime

REPORTS TO : Production Supervisor - Melt

JOB SUMMARY :

Fully cross trained in all aspects of Melt department to flex into roles as needed throughout the day to achieve agreed upon performance levels with respect to job safety, quality, production, housekeeping and delivery. Perform all duties within the Melt department as required.

PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT :

This position involves regular : bending and lifting; continuous standing for long periods of time on anti-fatigue mats; pushing, pulling, and carrying of heavy parts and machines repetitively, must be able to use arms, hands, legs and feet in repetitive motions. Must be able to wear required PPE including safety boots, ear plugs, hard hat with face shield, gloves, flame-retardant jacket, apron, spats.
