CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments)Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment dataSupervise and train RBTs and behavior techniciansMonitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as neededProvide parent training and supportEnsure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirementsQualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in ABA preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsComfortable working in home, school, and / or community settingsWe Offer :
