Position Overview :
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in helping us meet t goals by leading operations within specific departments on the production floor. Your leadership will be key in fostering a safe, efficient, and engaged workplace focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Identify root causes of safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Quality :
Ensure products meet quality standards.Monitor and analyze quality trends; drive improvements to eliminate recurring issues.Delivery :
Lead teams to meet daily and weekly production schedules.Proactively manage resources and adjust to shifting priorities to maintain on-time delivery.Productivity & Process Improvement :
Identify and eliminate waste to improve production efficiency.Continuously improve processes to support increasing demand and operational excellence.People Development :
Utilize Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to coach and grow team leads and operators.Provide clear expectations and consistent feedback using praise and redirection as needed.Promote employee engagement and career growth.Leadership :

2–3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting or a college degree in Engineering or Manufacturing LeadershipProven track record of implementing sustainable changes and improvementsStrong communication skills across all organizational levelsAbility to work 2nd shift hours (3 : 00P.M-11 : 30 P.M.) to meet production and customer demandsHands-on, action-oriented leader with a passion for problem solving and team developmentReady to embrace the "Awesome Responsibility of Leadership"Committed to completing New Leader TrainingDemonstrates and promotes company core values in all actions and decisionsBackground and Drug Test will be required
