The Data Entry & Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory data and ensuring the accuracy of records at West Park RN. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to monitor and report on inventory levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry : Accurately enter and update inventory data in the management system, ensuring real-time stock accuracy.
- Inventory Monitoring : Conduct regular checks on stock levels and assist with inventory audits to maintain precise records.
- Reporting : Generate detailed reports on inventory status, stock movement, and discrepancies to assist management in decision-making.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure accurate data flow and streamline inventory processes.
- Policy Compliance : Adhere to inventory management policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in data entry and inventory management is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems; familiarity with database management software is a plus.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and discrepancies in inventory data.
- Detail-Oriented : Excellent attention to detail to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or related credential preferred. Previous experience working in a behavioral‐health, psychiatric, substance‐use or related facility preferred. Must obtain certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or similar de-escalation training (often required within first 30 days of hire). Excellent interpersonal skills, crisis‐intervention ability, and strong observational and documentation skills. Must be at least 21 years old (in some roles) and able to pass required background / criminal checks. Commitment to working flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays (12-hour shifts).
