We are looking for a motivated individual who is a self-starter and driven to accomplish a wide range of responsibilities within a new and growing company.
Travel throughout the state of West Virginia with occasional overnight stays will be required.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Execute on-boarding procedures and control new hire packets for new hires.
- Communicate with Union representatives on pay scales and job personnel needs.
- Review and submit weekly timecards for field personnel.
- Asset and material acquisitions for electrical projects.
- Review project schedules and provide weekly updates.
- Identify constructability issues and report them.
- Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Solid grasp of building compliance
- Knowledge of the best HR practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of best work safety practices / OSHA regulations
Requirements for this position :
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus)
- Journeyman electricians license (Masters license a plus)
- The ability to pass a drug screen and background check
