As a Program Analyst you will be a partner champion - the face of Koddi for your partners and the face of the partner for Koddi. This role will be based out of our Fort Worth, Texas office and requires candidates to be fluent in Portuguese. / ppWhat you will do / polliMeet regularly with key advertisers and agencies to understand their objectives, share insights, and provide recommendations to improve performance and platform outcomes / liliSupport the regional commercial strategy by partnering with clients to design, launch, and manage initiatives that drive adoption, spend growth, and long-term value / liliCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to surface advertiser feedback, identify opportunities, and align commercial operations with broader business goals / liliContribute to client relationships regarding program management, program growth acceleration and feature development / liliWork with the Program Manager to plan and document all aspects of the specific program(s) you are working on / liliWork across the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each program is on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status / liliHelp manage program quality - ensure all Koddi contributors are leveraged to improve the quality of the program / liliAnalyze data and make decisions that affect your program(s) on a regular basis / liliPartner with teams across Koddi to identify and resolve challenges - be the glue and get things done for publishers and partner / liliWork closely with the delivery teams to help us bring new products and solutions to market / li / olpWhat skills and experience you bring / pulliFluency in Portuguese / lili2+ years of experience / liliBachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience / liliTravel experience preferred / liliHas a passion for providing World-Class support / liliProficient in technology delivery processes / liliProficient in advertising (paid search, display, sponsored listings, etc.) / liliSelf-motivated with high energy, impeccable integrity, and a personable demeanor / liliEntrepreneurial tendencies and the unrelenting need to find a better way to do things / liliProficient in support operations like SQL, ZenDesk, SFDC - able to identify trends and solutions / liliMid-level experience in data management and technical basics / liliAble to take some first level escalations / liliStrong verbal and written communication skills / liliAnalytical and learning mindset / liliSelf-motivated and results focused / liliOrganized and detail-oriented / liliCollaborative and proven ability to build trust / li / ul / div
