Job description

A company is looking for a Client Manager, Payment Integrity to manage client relationships and ensure operational alignment in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with clients across multiple functional levels and serve as a trusted business advisor

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve business issues and facilitate crucial conversations with stakeholders

Conduct market research to identify trends and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or healthcare operations

3+ years of experience with Payment Integrity solutions and payer-provider dynamics

Experience with investigations, troubleshooting, and payment correction

Familiarity with regulatory bodies, particularly Medicaid program operations

Understanding of fraud, waste, abuse, and error in healthcare
