Casanova Roofing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales department as an Appointment Setter (Outside Roofing Sales).
This is a full-time position responsible for canvassing local neighborhoods to meet homeowners with faulty roofs and offering them a free inspection and consultation to replace their roof at zero cost out of pocket .
The successful candidate will schedule appointments with interested homeowners for our seasoned consultants to conduct the inspection and consultation.

Requirements
- No certifications, licensing, or degrees are necessary to qualify for the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)
- Flexible availability for full-time work (40 Hours a week)
- Valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation.
- Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
- Ability to meet with cold homeowner leads at their doorstep daily.
- Complete applicable classroom and field training (canvassing with experienced Salespeople)
