Defense Travel Consultant

A company is looking for a Defense and Government Travel Consultant II (experienced) to provide exceptional customer service to defense and government travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)

Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences

Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years' experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service role

Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)

A genuine passion for high-quality customer service

Willingness to learn and grow

U.S. Citizenship required due to government client requirements
